Implementation and Evaluation

     When people think about innovation, the focus is usually on  coming up with  creative ideas. However, I have learned that innovation is much more than brainstorming,  it's  about  actually putting  ideas into action and evaluating whether they work.  Throughout our recent learning activities, we discussed how implementation requires planning, communication, and continuous improvement. Innovation is an ongoing process that involves collaboration and flexibility, especially when challenges arise.         The key steps in an implementation plan start with clearly defining goals and  identifying  specific milestones that help break the plan into manageable phases.
